Welcome to Winter’s Hope
When we formed Winter’s Hope in 1998 we focused on raising, breeding, and training Alaskan Malamutes using holistic and organic approaches. We no longer breed malamutes, but they are still a large part of our life. In 2008 we took the same holistic and organic principles and expanded our menagerie from dogs and cats to include alpacas. We started with three alpacas and three Great Pyrenees. Since purchasing the property for Winter’s Hope Alpaca Ranch and Guest House in 2010, we have added three more alpacas. We are hand spinning yarn, doing needle felting and weaving the soft alpaca fiber. We enjoy sharing the peaceful world of alpacas with those who stay in our guest house. Please stroll through the website for more information. You might find it irresistible.
Services include spinning, weaving and knitting our fantastic alpaca’s fiber.
